trading brokerage, acquired Think or Swim (SWIM) Brokerage Company in June
2009. Investools Inc, an educational division of Think or Swim Inc is using
SAP Business Suite CRM/ERP for managing their business processes. While TDA
is using Salesforce-CRM and Oracle-ERP systems for managing their
businesses. In order to make uniformity of the platforms, TDA initiated
this SAP Migration Assessment project. Scope of this project is to
understand current Investools Inc. SAP CRM/ERP business processes and map
them to the SFDC CRM/ Oracle ERP system. Provide business with a

Project: Odebrecht Global Sourcing Implementation Project
Odebrecht is having a Multilanguage single global Instance of Oracle
Applications R12 for managing day-to-day operations of the business
includes modules for Financials, Supply Chain, iProcurments, Sourcing
across globe. OGS is one sourcing subsidiary in the umbrella of companies
scoped for implementation of Oracle R12.

. Collaborated with the Brazil Team to schedule Key User testing and

Dell is a SOX compliant Organization which uses Oracle Applications Suite
(11.5.10) as its main system for its Finance Management in business along
with external system applications for Supply Chain, Distributions,
Manufacturing functions, payroll, and HR functions and consolidations.
Project: Global Oracle 11i Hardware Upgrade Project (64 bit)
Dell is currently implemented there Oracle 11i (11.5.10.2) Financial
Applications on the Oracle 10.2.0.4 database on Red Hat 3.0 Linux
platform with 32 bit DBTier on the Dell's 2850 server for Apps Tier and
Dell's 6850 servers on the DBTier. The scope of this project is to upgrade
Database to 11.1.0.7, on 64 bit DBTier on OEL 5 Linux platform on Dell's
2950 series server for Apps Tier and Dell's R900 series servers on the
DBTier with Flashback Recovery Area feature. This project overall impacts
globally as all the 300+ RICE Components with about 100+ Interfaces with
the external systems needs to be interlocked and need to be tested to avoid
any business Impact which are scheduled over a period of time with Dell's
Manufacturing applications.
Accomplishments:
. Collaborated with the EMEA/APJ and AMERICAS External System Team to
schedule testing of the interfaces in co-ordination with the SIT Team.
. Instrumental in planning Pre-Prod phase I and phase II SIT and UAT

Project: Implementation of the Global Scheduling Tool BMC's Control-M for
Oracle ERP
Client is having a global scheduler (BMC's Control-M), which is a installed
organization wide; all applications which are running their scheduled jobs
need to use this tool, viz. (Linux cron jobs, Oracle backup jobs,
Concurrent Jobs etc) as per the security policy, in order to track changes
on the server side jobs for any scheduled jobs in production for 11i
application. As part of its implementation
Accomplishments:
. Actively involved in researching pre-requisites for the Control-M
implementation with Oracle Applications, and identifying current
scheduled jobs in the Oracle ERP Production.
. Installed Control-M agents on the test servers, configured control-M

different streams for the production Trouble tickets, new project, in order

opted iSetup Module.
