Accomplishments: Working as a manager/team leader I have achieved several
milestones during my 37-year career in outside plant engineering.
. I applied my planning and engineering skill and expertise as a
fundamental contributor to the team effort for accomplishing all set
goals.
. 98% of engineering design jobs was completed within the budgeted cost.
. All jobs were engineered using the latest available company approved
methods, technology and upgrade enhancements.
a) Throughout the years I interacted with the construction management and
field personnel in an effort to provide specification drawings and
instruction that promotes building plant in the most effective and
efficient manner.
b) My planning and engineering design work presentations have been
consistently graded at a high quality level.
c) As a planner I employed the use of several innovative tactical
planning tools and concepts to determine the health of the network and
configure the best method or methods applicable for fixing any
detected problems.
d) Issued specifications were written incorporating the best available
architecture and design technique to allow for ease of construction
and cost efficiency.
e) I also participated in active debates, employing statistics and strong
reasoning power to illustrate importance and need for management
approval on particular projects.
