feasible due to its inability to meet growing demand, Verizon requested proposals from its vendors for a

solution. By leveraging Dynamics SL, JCS Technologies was able to provide the lowest cost, most

reliable, shortest development cycle, and most flexible system to Verizon. The flexibility proved critical

as Verizon was able to meet shifting market requirements quickly without delays due to billing system

inadequacies.

Description: The Central Reservation System was developed to centralize the Sonata standalone

Reservation Systems in a cluster of Sonata bridges into a single user interface. Reservations are

entered and maintained on the central system in one database . Updates are made to the appropriate

standalone bridges via database updates. Back office systems were simplified through accessed of the

central database.

Description: Verizon’s conferencing service had grown beyond the staff’s ability to manage the

business due to the architecture of single reservations systems per bridge. With twelve bridges

installed, the coordination required between bridge operators had become unmanageable, customer

service was suffering, and manpower costs were high. JCS Technologies developed a centralized

reservation system removing the operational constraints on growth.
