Wireless cellular phone stores, helping to grow the company from 7 to 33

stores in a period of just 2 years.

. Developed refined calling lists from excessive raw data for customer

service purposes, and further refined their usage so that they could be

utilized for telemarketing purposes.

. Helped to save one location from being closed by telemarketing for

intensive customer retention.

. Rewrote large portions of the Employee Handbook for better clarity and

improved sales techniques. Additionally developed and incorporated both

Anti-discrimination Anti-harassment Agreement and a Non-compete Non-

disclosure Agreement.

. Made an Employment Application Form that made sense for the company and

used it to help restaff a number of locations.
