Monitors network wide servers for problems in the United States and Canada,

and escalates problems when needed.

Provides training to end users, and 1st and 2nd level technicians and senior

technicians.

Comprehensive use of Remedy to track internal customer requests

Responsible for timely acknowledgement of tickets.

Keeps work logs updated.

Performs various on-the-spot Visual Basic Script programs when needed to

patch, fix, or otherwise improve a process or system.
