CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS
As Human Resources Director, selected and implemented a new payroll and HRIS system. Result: Improved
employee communication, moved to electronic benefit enrollment and automated many HR and reporting
functions.
As Human Resources Consultant, coordinated the successful acquisition of 1200+ employees in the first five
months with the organization. Result: By January 1, 2010, all employees were successful employed by Indiana
Clinic and setup on their payroll and benefit systems.
Designed employee survey to identify areas of concern, utilizing resultant recommendations to make desired
improvements. Result: By the second year, survey results showed measurable improvements in all area, reducing
staff turnover by 22%.
As project manager for construction of new facility, provided input during design phase, coordinated interior
design including purchasing furniture, and managed logistics for the physical move. Result: Move was
accomplished in two days with minimal impact on staff and no injuries.
Purchased software, enabling transcription from remote locations, allowing 50% of transcription staff to be home-
based. Result: Reduced staff, improved turnaround, and saved $100K annually.

Manage the on-boarding process of newly acquired medical groups through on-going meetings with Practice
Administrators to coordinate a smooth transition for their practice and employees.
Primary point of information on all employees coming into Indiana Clinic through spreadsheet tracking, consistent
compensation practices, job description creation and employee mapping.
Created and implemented an equity adjustment process for all clinical staff joining Indiana Clinic in its first year.
