sales in excess of $1.7 Billion and more than 150 locations throughout 29

IT Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst

Led an overhaul of existing systems and processes to streamline

operational efficiencies within a $1.7B company, ensuring all strategic

implementations promote organizational sales and business development

goals. Interfaced with Business Units to identify growth opportunities

and defined strategies and tactics. Leveraged functional, industry and

technology knowledge to develop value propositions, define project scope,

budget and schedules to balance business needs and risks. Developed high

level as well as detailed project plans. Proactively initiated and

. Accounting Manual Process Automation Project - Managed a team of six

headcount by 85 employees with a cost saving annually of $1.5M and

reduced the fraudulent activity involved with branch cash postings.

. Redesign of Enterprise Physical Inventory system - Led the redesign

of the custom Physical and Cycle count modules which resulted in

reduced hours to conduct physical inventories for 150 branch locations

with a cost savings of roughly $500K annually. Led development team

through the software development process using extreme programming

with short, rapid development cycles.

Implementation/Acquisition Manager

Directed Project teams to implement Infor Sx. Enterprise system and

business process improvements for 150 branch locations. Developed the

long range planning, procedure development and business process

integration. Coordinated and led the internal and external development

of enterprise Infor Sx.e customizations including database design to post

implementation.

managing all key tasks for integrating acquired business legacy
