IT Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst
Led an overhaul of existing systems and processes to streamline
operational efficiencies within a $1.7B company, ensuring all strategic
implementations promote organizational sales and business development
goals. Interfaced with Business Units to identify growth opportunities
and defined strategies and tactics. Leveraged functional, industry and
technology knowledge to develop value propositions, define project scope,

headcount by 85 employees with a cost saving annually of $1.5M and
reduced the fraudulent activity involved with branch cash postings.
. Redesign of Enterprise Physical Inventory system - Led the redesign
of the custom Physical and Cycle count modules which resulted in
reduced hours to conduct physical inventories for 150 branch locations
with a cost savings of roughly $500K annually. Led development team
through the software development process using extreme programming
with short, rapid development cycles.

long range planning, procedure development and business process
