Volunteer for London Array Project March 2010 – May 2010
Assisted coordination of activities for the 2 billion Euros project to build the largest off shore wind farm of the
world. Located 20 miles west of the Thames estuary, this wind farm will provide over 10% of the UK energetic
needs. Project Budget 2 billion Euros.

Crescent for HOAG Hospital, Newport Beach, CA - Contract
Implementation of Eclipsys 5.0 for the largest hospital in Southern California to implement HIPPA and PHI
regulations updates. Coordinated several third party vendors running parallel implementation of Pharmacy
modules and components.
Achievements: Installation and test with downtown rate of less than 2% during installation and test within
HIPPA regulations environment.
Project Manager July 2009 – September 2009
TEK Systems for ACS, Nashville, TN - Contract
Deployment of new web based benefits systems working off an Oracle database to replace 35 legacy systems
mainframe based. Project Budget $ 20 million.
Achievements: Successfully designed a predictive workplan in MS Project for an Agile/Extreme Programming
environment. Thanks to redesign of workplan, team was able to deliver 150 interfaces on time recovering a 4
weeks delay on original schedule.

Mars Petcare, Franklin, TN – Contract
OPM3 Assessment based on CMMI appraisal. Post merger ERP Implementation to combine five ERP systems
into one. Project Budget $8 million
Achievements: Implemented Project Management methodology based on PMBOK process and best practices.
Reduced cost and time of project monitoring and controlling by 13.2% by consolidating work plans. Designed
two hours training course on PMBOK and PMI best practices and successfully trained 25 Business Leads.
Junior Project Manager February 2009 – April 2009

Large project undertake for the State of Tennessee, Bureau of TENNcare for ACS to assume daily operations,
data management, and ongoing systems modifications for the TCMIS, used by the state for the management of
its Medicaid program. Project Budget $ 156 million
Achievements: Reduced reporting time by 81.2% by adopting EPM monitoring of State resources. Mentored
and trained 2 Analyst. Reduced schedule impact by implementing resource input control in EPM system.

Hospital Corporation of America, Nashville, TN - Permanent
Corporate certification of 3rd party vendor applications for Cloverleaf and Meditech. Roll out of EMR system
called “Portal”: a web based application allowing medical personnel to manage encounters electronically from
intake to discharge including all the reports. Project Budget over $ 15 million.
Achievements: Improved certification process by identifying and smoothing hidden bottlenecks in the process
thus cutting turnaround time and delivering 9.7% more certifications a month. Improved project risks and issue
visibility by analyzing schedule and scope and consolidating scattered plans into an organized program.

Analysis and custom design of IT system for small business in fast expansion which had previously used the
“paper trail” management.
Achievements: Analyzed and designed workflow for IT system. When deployed, automated system cut
