The company is a start-up and needed an in-house Creative director/web
developer that can wear many hats. I've obtained many skills over the years
allowing me to fill in the gaps present in a small startup company, short
of the personnel required to maintain typical day-to-day business. In the
time that I've been with the company I have designed and helped develop the
company's main website, including creating user interfaces like the
blackboard with multiple features. The Ask page with a multi-use
answer/search box. Also, I have produced various flyers, cards and ads
(including a billboard on I-15).

The company needed a Flex developer with strong design skills to help bring
their web-based call management system to the Flex platform. In addition
I've designed and maintain the company's corporate website and created new

A long list of accomplishments have been enjoyed by the management of UCN
during my 9.5 years with the company, ranging from Interactive CD-ROM using
Adobe Director, web development; including SEO, Pay-per-click campaigns and
Flash movies, printed materials including brochures, manuals, magazine ads
and trade show booth graphics.
