ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER (CORPORATE GROUPS TECHNOLOGY) 2007 – 2009
Administered formal PMO methodologies, managed technical and business teams, and assessed customers to redefine
business requirements for fulfilling their needs. Orchestrated the migration of 10 Oracle databases to an AIX utility
computing framework in order to update a back office application that provided automation and standardization for
financial reconciliations. Upgraded a back office financial controls management application that reduced time and
resource costs associated with ongoing financial reporting regulation compliance. Aided in migrating Oracle databases
to an AIX framework and redeveloping the project schedule and planning documentation to re-baseline the project.
Planned and managed throughout the full SDLC of a project to replace disparate customer systems (for planning,
sourcing and managing collateral to support bank funding) by migrating the access database to SQL 2000, which
provided customers with a reliable single production environment that incorporated disaster recovery capabilities.

resulting in a more cognizant group ready to function and complete projects on time and within budget.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR & PROJECT LEAD
Designed and implemented a database to track demographics, case status, and other legal information for industry
giant, DirectTV. Conducted internal training sessions during the transition to more stable data structures, and led
project staff through entire lifecycle. Planned the successful transition of existing data to modern, more stable data
structures.
Key highlights
• Co-led the development of a pioneering anti-piracy database project that resulted in the recovery of billions of
dollars in losses. This database was adopted as an industry standard, and landed the Motion Picture Association of
America (MPAA) as a valued client.
