server administration support to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration.
* Designed and implemented a new database, stored procedures to support
new and existing web applications.
* Developed a web application module using ASP .NET to manage
application user accounts, groups, roles, and application roles for a
web portal.
* Transferred SQL Server 2000 databases and IIS 6 websites to new Hyper-

* Participated in the Certification and Accreditation (SCAPs) of all AAI

* Created System documentation for all AAI database applications that
complied with the recently adopted AVS Software Development Life
Cycle. Created a baseline configuration document for the AAI servers.
* Designed and developed client/server information systems using
PowerBuilder and Microsoft SQL Server. Developed web-based
applications using ASP/ASP.Net on IIS 4/5/6.
* Administered AAI Windows NT/2000/2003 servers and Microsoft SQL Server
(versions 4.21a through 2005), including backup and recovery, disaster
recovery planning and testing, system maintenance and monitoring
through scheduled jobs
* Delivered several versions of the Aviation Mishap Information System
(AMIS) in association with the National Transportation Safety Board
(NTSB). Evaluated and integrated NTSB change requests. The NTSB
subsequently adopted AMIS as their new accident database solution.
Worked closely with NTSB to assist with transition issues and
problems.
* Installed, configured, and maintained all AAI Dell PowerEdge servers,
which ran Windows NT, Windows 2000 Server, and Windows 2003 Server, as
well as several versions of Microsoft SQL Server (4.21a, 6.0, 6.5,
7.0, 2000, 2005).
* Wrote proposal with corporate team for AAI contract. Sole presenter of
the proposal to the FAA contracts division.

versions of the "Improved Accident/Incident Data System", a national

multiple external sources, including the National Transportation Safety
Board (NTSB). Developed two Recommendation Tracking Systems that are used
by oversight programs to manage the FAA and NTSB recommendation
processes.

Senior Programmer/Analyst
Developed a division-level Management Information System (MIS) for the Navy
(PMA-251) using FoxPro 2.0 and Microsoft LAN Manager.
Developed a multi-user graphical analysis application written that
processed submarine weld inspection data. Developed an image-processing
database for a NAVSEA customer using Microsoft C.
Developed a management accounting system for Foreign Military Sales of U.S.
developed hardware, which was used by five PMA offices.
Many other in-house projects were created using Microsoft C and Turbo
Pascal. Provided ad hoc FORTRAN programming support to CASDE engineers
using Intergraph CAD-II UNIX workstations.
Developed several file format conversions programs to allow Prime
minicomputer files to be output into specific PC file formats.
