• Coordination of ordering and shipping of new components to stores under construction.

• Review and negotiation of contracts for all hardware, software and services used by IS.

• Collection and resale of all used equipment from stores and offices.

• Arrangement of value added services with hardware supplier.

Additionally, while at Pep Boys, I managed a Labor Scheduling Study in conjunction with Arthur Andersen. This study

i ncluded data gathering and analysis from ten stores across the United States. We then created an RFP with our

requirements and evaluated solutions from several vendors before deciding on a particular vendor’s solution.
