Skills

Relationship/Communication:

As an engineer it was my responsibility to interact with mechanical designers

to produce job packages that encompassed all of the necessary standards and

customer requirements. This had to be performed while making a significant

contribution in the overall team effort. I attended meetings overseas with

customers in which engineering decisions were made. I performed well within

this environment while addressing customer concerns and lobbying for necessary

deviation to customer requirements.

Problem Solving:

As part of an understaffed department, I had to demonstrate an ability to work

swiftly and accurately under pressure of deadlines. I have demonstrated a

technical agility that has been recognized throughout my current organization.

Because of my "out of the box" thinking I am frequently invited to attend

meetings to discuss issues not only related to engineer, but other aspects of

the business such as marketing, expediting, quality and project management. It

is this ability to provide solutions that warranted my promotion to

applications engineering.

Other Skills: Leadership, Accountable, Self Motivated, and Organized

Computer Skills: Autodesk (Inventor and AutoCAD), MathCAD, Maple, Adobe,

Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint and Project), Caesar

II, Sage Timberline Office, STAAD Pro
