operations in 53 countries. The US Division represented 25% of global revenues and earnings.

General Manager USA November 2009 - Present

Key Accomplishments

Oversaw development and delivery of software platform and media management services supporting ~$10M/yr

in content sales for US Cellular.

Managed sale and implementation of software platform and media management services to TracFone, supporting

~$11M/year in content sales.

Reorganized entire company after loss largest account (due to acquisition). Established new management team

and reduction of operating costs by 35% while maintaining operational integrity of company.

Worked in conjunction with HQ team in Spain to successfully integrate US technical operations and management

into single global development team.

Managed 3 years of Deloitte financial statement audits with no material adjustments. Wrote all footnotes and

disclosures for audit report.

In conjunction with Deloitte Tax, crafted and implemented tax management strategy, annually saving $2.3M in

Federal and State income taxes.

Headed implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting and reporting software package; required less

than $15k in third party services to implement.

Automated all royalty reporting functions saving FTE equivalent and dramatically reducing errors.

Overhauled all Treasury functions to maximize security and treasury management efficiency while reducing costs

and increasing returns on cash on account.

Negotiated $5 million working capital line of credit with subprime interest rate.

Managed audits from IRS, City and County of Denver, and 3rd party IP partners (EMI and Warner Music) with no

material findings.

After Zed acquisition of 9 Squared, oversaw integration of excited Zed business in Miami into Denver office.

Audited all A/R and Sales first month on job--discovered and collected $58k under reported sales.

Managed budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of operating expenses, capital expenses, and working

capital for departments with headcount of 650+ people and annual budgets of $90+ million.

Performed thorough audits of Level 3 contracts for Lateral Fiber and ensured all contracts were accurately

invoiced. Audits netted $679,000 of missed billings that were subsequently billed and collected.

Assisted in development and transition to Microsoft Access database and the associated reporting functionality.
