Oversight for all online learning internal and vendor provided programs, systems and

personnel within Northern Trust. Established global development standards and

production process for online learning increasing production efficiency by 50%

between 2007 to present. Implemented desktop online learning and collaboration tools

to business unit functional trainers in order to increase point of need learning solutions.

Directed the overall eLearning framework, Learning Content Management System

and provide project management oversight for related projects. Developed and

implemented curricula platform within Learning Management System to enable push

of role based learning requirements. This platform provided a globally consistent

notification, monitoring and escalation process for our global compliance curricula

resulting in an exceeded financial services industry benchmark of 98% completion

Managed all training functions, programs, and personnel supporting the Personal

Financial Services and NT Global Investment business units within Northern Trust.

Developed and implemented baseline curricula for each function within PFS and

Global Investments. Established baseline sales and sales management curricula for

wealth management strategists.

Managed and maintained the budget capital for PFS/NTGI business programs as well

as the corporate eLearning programs.

Learning Coach Resource Group Lead

Directed all functions, activities and personal management activities of a team

comprised of 30 AC and 20 contracted professional educators responsible for

facilitating large-scale training programs, focusing on systems building, business

process redesign and cross-competency development.

Developed objectives and metrics for support to assure the success of the Learning

Coach Group as a whole and also how the group interfaces within the Professional
