. Responsible for installation of closed circuit TV security system at
the Rio Consumnes Correctional Center. CCTV system increased officer
and inmate safety and increased prosecution of crimes committed
against fellow inmates and deputies.
. Responsible for the upgrade and implementation of new departmental
towing software. The new software eliminated redundant tasks by
streamlining the data entry process and reducing time-to-dispatch
requests by 25%.
. Responsible for the implementation of new alarm billing software. The
new software implementation resulted in an annual departmental savings
of $26,000 as well as streamlining the annual alarm permit renewal

. Responsible for developing policy and managing the maintenance project
