SUMMARY
I presently work for Ricoh as a printer associate at Raytheon, a Department Of Defense site in
Largo, Fl maintaining all the HP network printers in the building, approximate 115 printers,
assisting the customer with adding, setting up and general instructions on how to use the printer.
Making sure all the printers are in good working shape and resolving any problems with the
printers. Insuring there is little to no down time with the printers
Before that I worked for the last three years for Qualxserv as a Field Service Technician
repairing IBM and DELL desktops and laptops. I traveled around the Unites States on short
notice to help out any where I was needed. I was performing diagnostics, troubleshooting,
reimaging, replacing parts, setting up and instructing the customer on how to use and backup data
on their computer systems, training new hires how to do the job, I worked with Windows 95,
Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 7. Most important assuring customer satisfaction prior
to leaving the job site.
Before coming to Qualxserv I was a Field Service Technician for IBM for 25 years, IBM
performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing all IBM equipment ranging from large computer
systems, tape drive, printers, DASD, check sorters down to small computers, For the last 7 years at
IBM I was in the printer division working on IBM and Lexmark printers, covering impact, laser
and Multi function printers.
