Developed Oracle tables and indexes, and exported data in Access tables to

display of the fixed asset. This module also integrates with the general

ledger database (vendors and accounts payable). The package also includes

forms to maintain the multiple offices, locations, and categories in the

fixed asset module. Four custom Oracle reports were developed to complete

this module.

* Designed and developed new Work Ticket package which included six

intricate forms and six complicated reports. The reports made use of both

the header and main pages as legal-sized multi-pages. The reports

contained about 11 groups or queries with data links, and expandable

groups within groups. This package was integrated with the Client/Prospect

package and the custom Oracle email program. Also designed and developed

tables and indexes for the work tickets.

* Developed custom Oracle email module by downloading, modifying and

incorporating Java server-side package to allow uploading of binary data

into BLOB columns. Created client-side interface for the attachment email

program that used WIN API to manipulate attachment files. Later, used FTP

to manipulate the BLOB data. Incorporated the email program to run within

several other Oracle forms.

* Developed resume access program utilizing OLE that allows multi-page

resume access to documents stored as tif files. The resumes are viewed in

Kodak Imaging software.

* Produced overdue invoices form: User can query invoices with the number

of days overdue, and then select the invoices to automatically email all

of the selected clients with overdue invoices.

* Created new workers' comp package to calculate the workers' compensation

amount due for selected time periods and various states. Report by state

and employee type with totals on each individual, and summary totals for

each category with beginning and ending balances. Incorporated this with

the paperwork and insurance form. Created tables and indexes necessary

for the module. Created script to populate table so that Users would only

need to input data for new contractors.

* Utilized OLE2, developed small program to print MS Word new hire packets

or individual documents of the packet thru Oracle. Also, created a few

simple custom employee forms and reports,

* Enhancements: "Landman Module" - stacked canvas (total revision),

employee, client/prospect (stacked canvas) and sections (total revision),

and various other forms and reports.
