• Prepared and tested filled nanocomposites of Al-I and Al-MoO3 thermites

which are used as biocidal fuels.

Process Engineer, Manali Petrochemical Limited, Chennai, India July 2005 to July 2008

• Commissioned CATEX plant and hooked up to the existing Poly ether Polyol plant.

• Installed high efficiency packing in the evaporators to increase the propylene glycol plant

load and quality of the product.

• Controlled and managed process, start up, breakdown and emergency situations and

experience with distributed control systems (DCS) and PLC’s.

• Operated and troubleshooted various heat and mass transfer equipments like

evaporators, distillation column, RVDF, clarifloculators, classifiers, vibro screen etc.

• Handled hazardous chemicals and hydrocarbons such as chlorine, propylene, propylene

oxide, ethylene oxide and polyurethane foam base polyols.

• Have a very good operating experience of water treatment and waste water treatment

plants and environmental containment equipments.

• Knowledge of handling P&ID data sheets.

• Have handled FDA and pharmaceutical regulated products. Knowledge of cGMP and

Six Sigma.

• Worked on Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis of the data.
