Oversaw complete lender operations that included nine departments with
seventy-six employees.
With a delegated underwriting authority to two million dollars underwrote
conventional,
FHLMC and FNMA loans. Developed and maintained relationships and guidelines
with
investors. Through company's growth years trained numerous personnel in
various departments
including processors, junior underwriters, account reps, document preparers
and shippers.
During the developmental years through to mid-size growth, I handled human
resources for firm.

PS was one of the premiere contract processing companies in Southern
California. Creating a
synergistic processing center with company partners, The Processing Station
assisted numerous
mortgage brokers processing loans and guiding them through the loan
underwriting to closing.
Monthly pipelines regularly in excess of one hundred and fifty loans with
detailed managed
reports provided to broker clientele. Consultancy services included
training new broker
customers mortgage industry and lender guidelines including assisting
clients with lender
application approvals. Industry knowledge includes the following: Calyx
Point, Genesis, Desktop Underwriter, Loan Prospector and Desktop Originator
processing and origination software. Area expertise is manual underwriting.
