Overview

Designed and developed a web based application that provides personalized

information to the employees of Cognizant (mainly trainees in Cognizant).

The application was designed to be highly customizable wherein the users

can add their own content to the presentation layer of the application. The

users can get information regarding various facilities provided like the

transport, they can view their pay, contact admin and much other essential

functionality were included. Also, the application provided the users with

the capability to assign roles and privileges based on their designation at

Cognizant.

Re-engineered "GEL Explorer", a desktop application from VB 6.0 to .Net 3.0

application. GEL is a library maintained by AstraZeneca a Pharmaceutical

GEL is used for logging all the transactions, drugs generated and new

inventions by the company.

Overview

This was done as part of my undergraduate academic project. Designed and

developed IPM tester for RGS as part of an academic project. Integrated

Protection Module (IPM) is a single point protection device which can be

used to protect any equipment against surge voltages. IPM consists of two

leg resistances and Gas Discharge Tube (GDT). The project involved testing

the IPM's parameters using microcontroller based program and custom built

hardware circuit.

Responsibilities

. Involved in both hardware and software development of IPM tester.

. Implemented the code to test if the IPM is in working condition.
