Responsibilities included adding of PC's, printers, scanners and copiers
onto the network prior to the opening of new buildings. Managed multiple
concurrent projects. Developed project plans as needed. Identified
project issues and worked with project team to escalate and resolve issues.
Led project on 12 new building deployments in 2007, and communicated
regularly with project participants and client to ensure everyone was well
informed. Responsibilities also included presenting weekly reports to the
management team regarding the status of all pending projects and estimated
completion date. Ensured existing architectural and enterprise standards
remained consistent while also managing the level of the ticket queue.
Diagnosed and monitored all potential network infrastructure issues which
would prevent a successful 'First Day of Business'.
IT Field Technician (July, 2006 to July, 2007)
Responsible for all network PC, printer and copier related issues at the
Mountain View, San Bruno and San Francisco Campus. Performed all adds and
moves of network printers, PC's and MFP's in Linux database. Coordinated

Google. Installed a remote monitoring tool to proactively alert and
monitor all network print media devices at Google. Initiated Fax from PC
