sales tax base.

City of Cathedral City: June 1992 - October 1998

Real Estate Acquisition: Redevelopment Agency / Economic Development Manager

Manage activities / Real Estate operations of the Community Development & Economic

Development including all Real Estate acquisitions, housing in highly complex

acquisition procedures with City attorney and assistance from the City Manager. Headed

up Real Estate Acquisition for Entire City and Downtown Revitalization Development

projects. Established relationships with business owners, property owners, developers &

Chamber of Commerce for expansion and relocation. Negotiate all leases, contracts and

agreements Real Estate acquisitions, in lieu of Eminent Domain, saving the agency time

and much needed funds. Relocated business entities during course of project. Worked

with major developers, National Retail entities, tenants and owners for new development

projects. Worked in developing and integrating affordable housing projects within in

downtown District.
