provided grade lines, and calculated concrete take-offs.

Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences, Dallas, TX; as Project Engineer for

Manhattan, successfully maintained and followed up punch list completion

assigned to subcontractors. Acquired building permits and certificates of

occupancy. Assisted Project Managers in project closeout.

While in college at the Physical Plant, designed the baseball stadium

seating layout, designed other interior renovation spaces, and estimated

costs with faculty guidance.

Gained hands-on-experience in the field during college summer breaks.

Assisted the Project Foreman in site and foundation layout, pad building,

augur cast piles, pile caps, foundation grade beams, concrete slab on

grade, concrete parking lots, and sidewalks. Projects included the

Willis-Knighton Hospitals' in Shreveport / Bossier City, LA.
