Manager for a 150 person consulting firm specializing in the delivery of

Microsoft technologies.

. Simultaneously managed multiple software development projects at

multiple client sites.

. Delivered dozens of time and material and fixed priced projects on

time and under budget while exceeding clients' expectations.

. Mentored numerous software engineers helping them to transition

into senior consulting roles.

. Led all phases of business development and capture activates

including customer development, project scoping, proposal writing,

and execution for efforts totaling in the tens of millions of

dollars.

. Led project teams to define and implement numerous Microsoft Office

SharePoint Server (MOSS) intranets, extranets, internet portals,

and custom applications.

. Led project teams that developed complex Enterprise Data Warehouses

using SQL Server to help them gain insight into their businesses.

2001 to 2006 -- Northrop Grumman

July 2003 - Nov 2006 - Software Project Manager: Manager for software

engineering section, executing four to six concurrent projects for a

large DoD client. Project Manager and technical lead in the capture,

development, and execution of a three year multimillion dollar technology

insertion task for a large DoD customer.

. Successfully leading more than a dozen software engineering efforts

for application and web projects in Java, ASP.NET and C#.

. Led technology insertion task that evaluated portal and search

products for a large scale intranet replacement project.

. Recognized with a special achievement award for my roll as technical

lead and deputy project manager.

. Developed and implemented internal software engineering processes

that have added structure and control to the software projects

executed by the section.

. Selected as member of the technology advisory board for his

operating unit.

August 2001 - July 2003 - Senior Software Engineer: Senior software

engineer and designer medium to large custom Java applications. During

this period he was responsible for all aspects of planning, designing,

implementing, and testing Java applications.

. Created a large Java application that integrated numerous design

patterns to encapsulate the continuously changing requirements.

. Created state of the art Network Graphing application used for both

analysis and briefing.
