32+ years as a professional engineer responsible for supervising
investigation, design, and construction operations for a wide variety of
engineering projects. These have included earth and concrete dams,
commercial and residential structures, industrial plants, hospitals, banks,
subdivisions, military bases, etc.
Extensive environmental construction and remediation experience both as an
engineer and as a contractor.
Extensive foundation design and construction experience providing soil gas
and ground water mitigation and isolation systems. I have successfully
designed and provided quality control inspections for many of the most
complex gas barrier and water proofing systems installed in the Los Angeles
area.
Extensive field experience working as an expatriate engineer on overseas
construction projects in Turkey, Thailand, Bangladesh, Iraq and Peru.
