economically deliver enhanced voice/data communications combined with a variety of web hosting, application
hosting and Internet access services. This multi vendor architecture (Cisco, Lucent, Northern Telecom,
Siemens, Sun, and Wintel) was deployed in 5 different sites across the US

• Managed the consolidation of three export divisions (Helene Curtis, Chesbrough Ponds and Lever Bros. ) into
one unified organization
• Redefined the export/import supply chain processes, including sales forecasting, order management,
procurement, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing and international invoicing
