* From 2001-2010:
Project Supervisor: Responsible for the planning & execution of a 5 unit
apartment complex rehab, a 6,000 square foot addition, a 2,000 square foot
historical rehab & many other design projects.
* Designed marketing & lead programs for Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, NA,
National City Bank & Countrywide FSB.
* Licensed for over 10 years as a Florida Realtor. For 2 years, the top
producer with MLS Realty of Broward County. Staged many listings including
my own 18 properties.
1991 to 2001:
Part Owner and Director of Baypoint Sport Tours, Inc.
A Delray Beach, FL and bookings of up to 700 individual & groups annually.
Negotiated dozens of bulk air contracts with major airlines & group
individual lodging rates with resort properties in Colorado, Utah & other
ski destinations. Coordinated & escorted corporate groups & major medical
groups of up to 100 people per trip.
1989 to 1991:
Assistant General Manager, Director of Marketing and Group Sales for the
Molly Gibson Lodge in Aspen, CO. Was responsible for the national
marketing & bookings of small, medium & large groups for this unique 50
room ski lodge in downtown Aspen. Also, represented the Aspen/Snowmass Ski
Company at conventions throughout the country.
1987 to 1989:
Vice President, Investments with Shearson Lehman Brothers in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania. Worked as a stockbroker & financial adviser/planner to
approximately 600 clients.
1981 to 1987:
Vice President of Investments with Prudential Bache Securities in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Became a licensed stockbroker & financial
adviser/planner at the age of 21 & developed and maintained approximately
600 clients.
1977 to 1981:
Attended & graduated with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania
with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism.
