environment including Sametime, Domino and Blackberry servers.
Analyze corporate E-mail routing architecture, Antivirus, anti-
SPAM and firewall solutions.
Design instructions and trained Service Desk personal on use of
the ID Manager tool.
Analyze performance and propose/develop solutions to improve
utilization of Domino servers and e-mail routing, mail security,
archiving, and backup. Develop business cases for upper
management on proposed purchases of third-party tools and
applications.
Maintain Blackberry, Lotus Notes Client and Server licenses.

Notes-to-Notes migration project:
Solely responsible for migration of the corporate office
user accounts to the new Domino servers, hosted by a third-party
organization. Project steps included uninstall of older Lotus
Notes client (r6 -r7) on users computers, install and configure
Lotus Notes 8.5 Basic, move user's mail files to the new Domino
environment via selective replication, create back-up copies of
mail files on the dedicated archive server, verify mail routing, resolve any issues/conflicts on users desktops and on the
servers. Created multiple LotusScript agents to provide
automation of above tasks in addition to the Marimba (BMC
Configuration Automation) tool. Responsible for scheduling
migrations and for status/progress reports. Provide expertise,
knowledge and assistance to other members of the Lotus Notes and
HelpDesk teams.

Migration project:
After merge of two international financial organizations into
one, the need in migration of two Domino domains into one, came
along. Installed and configured new Domino, Sametime and
Blackberry Enterprise servers for the new Domino domain.
Installed and configured Netprobe client software to enable ITRS
nmonitoring and probing of the services and processes on new
servers. Moved users accounts to new servers, moved shared mail
databases and applications to new servers. Moved e-mail groups
into new directory. Re-named and re-certified all users with new
certifier. Assisted abroad local IT personal in multiple office
locations, in updating and upgrading Lotus Notes clients to
ensure proper connections to the new Domino, BES and Sametime
servers. Resolved firewall connectivity issues. Created
connection documents to provide proper Notes (NRP) and SMTP mail
routing. Developed tools to assist in performing above listed
tasks. Responsible for migrating Microsoft Exchange mail
accounts into Domino, using DUS.
Daily Maintenance and Support:
Majorly responsible for administration and support of
Domino/Sametime/BES messaging systems in European and Asian
offices. Monitored Domino servers performance, free space
availability, mail routing. Investigated and troubleshot server
crashes, worked with IBM Support on correcting the issues and
applied fixes and batches. Installed monitored and managed Anti-
Virus and Anti-SPAM software from TrendMicro and Symantec for
Domino. Maintained and managed MimeSweeper Email Appliances.
Managed mail groups and mail-in databases. Archived and
compacted mail files. Managed ACL's and Acccess Control groups.
Set up and managed Sametime and Blackberry accounts. Provided
on-call and "off-hours" third level support to local IT
personal in troubleshoot and correcting the Lotus Notes Client
problems. Assisted users via remote connection in installing,
configuring and upgrading Lotus Notes Client and Sametime
Connect software. Provided consultations and assistance to end
users and support IT personal in managing Address Books on
Blackberry and in Lotus Notes, ways of contacts and calendar

issues. Monitor and investigate server hangs/crashes and device
issues including; messaging, calendaring and address book
synchronization. Setup users accounts, order and configure new
devices and train end users on fundamentals of device use.
Develop Blackberry Requests database utilizing LotusScript and
Formula language. Work with Blackberry and Lotus Notes support
teams on solving various functionality incidents and performance
issues.

Performed Domino administration functions, such as planning,
designing and setting up a multi-server test environments to
mimic customer's lay-outs in the clients production server
farms. Designed optimal replication schedules for customer
databases and mail files. Created, certified and managed user
ID's. As a member of administrators team provided third level
support for production Lotus/Domino Servers for multiple
customers. Monitored and managed proper ACL as well as creating
user, group and server documents was important part of my

04/99-06/01. Domino Specialist. Developed complex messaging
system for large financial client. System parses flat files,
received from the Web mail stations, into the notes documents
and distributes them to one hundred databases. Wrote LotusScript
agents to sort messages and sent them to the appropriate
representatives. Created procedures, that transfer responses to
the Web mail stations. All messages are archived by specific
LotusScript agents, which also provide a back up solution by
parsing those messages into text files. The workflow is
controlled by multiple scheduled LotusScript and JAVA agents.

Developed Web enabled Domino application for the Global
production environment. Application provided monitoring,
reporting, and statistics comparing based on Service Level
Agreement. Programmatically gathered statistics for
Server/Cluster availability, CPU/Paging File utilization. Wrote
LotusScript agents to parse log.nsf and statrep.nsf databases on
multiple servers. Create Web reports, based on obtained data.
Gathered additional information for the reports using Windows NT
tools. Created Web interface to display processed information.
Developed and set up mail notifications to the administrator
regarding any bridge of the Service Level Agreement. Implemented
Web re-direction system, which points clients to view their
reports based on the log-in parameters. This system utilizes
