Personal M y work history has been in construction for over thi r ty seven years. I have
been a Construction Superintendent for the past twenty two years with
background in Project Management and estimating. I have worked on
m any retail stores, restaurants, ground up buildings and hotels and
successfully coordinated all subcontractors work; working hand in hand
w ith architects and owners. I am an aggressive, detailed, and result-
oriented professional, who is constantly striving for excellence on the job
and customer satisfaction. The previous years were spent doing all phases
of drywall and metal stud construction, in which I held and still hold a
California Drywall Contractors license. My experience gives me insight
f rom the contractor’s point of view with the knowledge of estimating and
supervising projects. As a person who takes a great deal of pride in my
work, I very much enjoy the work that I do. I go above and beyond my
extent of the job and believe that I will be a valuable asset to your team.
