company in Chicago, IL. The company specializes in residential and mixed-
use urban in-fill projects with revenues from $15M to $35M per project. In
addition to multiple development projects, the company also provided
property management services for residential rental properties and
condo/town home associations.
Achievements
. Led initiative to implement the company's first computerized financial
accounting systems for two investment portfolios with a total of 35
operating and holding companies. Developed comprehensive procedures
including job costing, automated draw preparation and payout
procedures, inter-company cash management, and in house payroll
system.
. Proactively developed consolidated company and project cash
forecasting tools leading to accurate estimations of cash flow surplus
and short falls in a timely fashion. These tools were used

financing lines of credit as well as private equity investors.
