. Manage multiple corporate facilities throughout San Diego County
including 125,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters

projects

management in-house opposed to contacting a property management firm.

. Solicit bids and make recommendations on contracting firms pertaining to
general construction, design/architecture, phone/data/electrical,
mechanical systems, millwork and landscaping
. Tenant management with respect to showing vacant spaces, managing TI
projects, addressing day-to-day maintenance or business questions
. Manage staff responsible for on-site facility matters, purchasing,
courier and mailroom operations
. Interview and select vendors responsible for providing material, support
and services pertinent to the successful day-to-day operation of the
corporation. These would include but not be limited to: janitorial,
general maintenance, office supplies/equipment, printed material and
office furniture
. Manage various aspects of physical security for all facilities to
include: lock/key, fire monitoring/life safety, surveillance equipment
and contracted security personnel as warranted
. In 2001, appointed leader of corporate safety and ergonomics program.
Reduced W/C claims by 70% over the first year and have since maintained a
low incident rate factor annually.
