Managed various projects for the Windows Live Global Support
group as follows:
. Management of the Solution Center Dot Five Project, a pilot
effort to completely revamp the WLGS support model from a 1-
to-1 customer to agent methodology to a Q&A community
interaction methodology. Responsibilities included the
creation and monitoring of a project plan, running weekly
status meetings, publishing meeting minutes, addressing
project risks and issues, participating in application
design sessions, writing monthly status reports, and
maintaining the project SharePoint.
. Management of the Monthly Business Review (aka scorecard)
process within WLGS. This included a redesign and
automation of the entire MBR process for fiscal year 2010.
. Analysis and execution of the quarterly and annual budget
reforecast processes with respect to operational expenses
(Opex).
. Design, development, and automation of scorecards for Abuse
activity and the Solution Center project.

Managed various projects for the PMIC Project Management Office
as follows:
. Selection and implementation of an Audit Automation Tool
for PMIC Internal Audit. This was a fast-track project that
avoided the standard RFI/RFP effort in favor of vendor
demos, trial version software evaluations, reference
checks, and site visits. I performed the configuration and
testing of trial versions of several vendor software
packages in support of the final software selection.
Environment: was client server, SQL Server 2005, and MS
Access.
. Development of an IT Desktop Asset Management program.
Worked with business users to gather, analyze, and document
functional and technical requirements. Developed policies &
procedures, as well as a high-level design of the reporting
specifications and hardware & software databases.
. Development of a Lessons Learned database application in
MS Access for PMIC PMO.
. Development of a method for recovering SQL Server databases
in support of Disaster Recovery testing.
. Several enhancements to the new insurance system (Exceed)
for Home and Auto.
. Modified claims data transmissions to migrate from tape
to FTP including data encryption.
. Initiated claims payment withholding option for vendors
within the new insurance system.
. Staged several Finance projects in preparation for PMO

Assisted the Security Administration department in the
integration of 6,000 Providian (MasterCard) employees and non-
employees into the WaMu HR and Security Access systems. Created
employee and non-employee test data for downstream
applications. Identified data validation edit enhancements
needed in the Security Access system prior to the go-live date.

Managed the selection and implementation of a Performance
Points System which allows sales incentive contest websites to
be created and administered for 30,000 Financial Center Network
employees. Responsibilities as Project Manager included the

. Gathered requirements and wrote the RFP.
. Developed a prioritization and weighting of business and
technical requirements. This included user interface and
reporting specifications.
. Developed a scoring methodology for RFP responses, vendor
presentations, and pricing.
. Developed a questionnaire and performed reference checks
of the final vendor.
. Organized weekly project status meetings and published
meeting minutes.
. Developed Project Management Life Cycle documentation
with gateway approvals.

10/01-9/05 Property Tax Appeals for King County, Bellevue, WA
Project Manager, Application Developer, Authorized Agent -
Independent Consultant
Developed a Microsoft Access application to analyze a client's
residential property and identify sales comparables to support
a property tax appeal. This application also automates the
generation of King County and Washington State property tax
appeal paperwork. As an authorized agent on behalf of
homeowners, I submit property tax appeals and represent them at
the King County Board of Equalization and Washington State
Board of Appeals hearings. I have a 96% success rate in the
reduction of property taxes for clients.

Developed a Microsoft Access client tracking application for VSI. VSI
is an educational services company providing consulting
services and tools for parents, student/athletes and coaches to

Managed and participated in the selection and implementation of
a 3G Fraud Management package including:

gathering of all functional and technical requirements.
