Dear Sirs,

I have been in the construction industry all my life and am constantly

looking for

opportunities in my field of expertise.

I was born and raised in the Dallas area and come from generations of hard-

working ranchers and construction workers. The Metroplex is an ideal

location to work in the construction industry because of the growth and my

knowledge of the area. I am a hard working, tough individual with great

organizational skills, communication ability and a get-er-done attitude.

During the last fifteen years I have worked with some of the business

elite in Dallas:

Roger Crownrich, Bennet Ratliff, Carl Sewell, Rusty Wallace, Neil and

Danny Hancock, Danny Sitzler, and John Eagle to name a few. Projects have

included pavement, high rise parking structures, multi-level office

buildings, condos and automobile dealerships including Cadillac, Infiniti,

Hummer, GMC, Honda, and Volkswagen in Garland and Irving.

During 2004 and 2008 I traveled the USA for nationwide companies, building

and remodeling owner properties. Daily decisions concerning O.S.H.A.,

A.D.A. and City Codes are routine. Attending meetings and communicating

with local fire department officials and corporate compliance officers

during all stages of the projects eliminates errors and keeps cost down and

production up.

Pre-con Meetings with city officials for compliance and regulation

information keeps projects on schedule.

Keeping the owner and architects updated on schedules and scope of work

assures the involvement of the owner with the project. Weekly meetings with

the administration keep clients satisfied, they know their project is being

well supervised and that unforeseen contingencies are being addressed

immediately which will prevent any scheduling delays.

Thank you for your time and for your consideration of my application for

employment.

Sincerely,

Robert G. Ford
