Provided senior executive leadership as head of global Information

Technology for MII Enterprise, Corporate Office and J.Ray McDermott IT,

with a $31M operating budget and a $15M project budget. Responsible for

all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation, maintenance, and

support world-wide as an integral component of the business plan. Oversaw

McDermott Enterprise level policies, security, projects, contracts,

systems, applications, and networks for operating groups Babcock & Wilcox

Co., BWX Technologies, Inc., and J.Ray McDermott, S.A., with a combined

budget of $90M and 530 IT employees.

< Strategically aligned IT with the business by developing the first

Information Technology Strategic Business Plan, enabling McDermott to

meet objectives to transform the business.

providing an annualized savings of $4M.

< Reduced SPAM by 100,000 messages per day with CipherTrust IronMail,

and improved network Security with McAfee Virus Scan & Anti-Spyware,

Websense Internet Filtering, Whale Secure VPN Internet Access, and

firewall intrusion detection for the enterprise.
