Managing a great concept of dinner and a movie in a drafthouse serving
thirty different kinds of draft beer, a selection of wine and mix drinks.
The first Alamo Drafthouse Cinema outside of Texas, a multimillion dollar
business.
1. Five weeks of extensive training in Austin, Texas to gain knowledge
on how each position works and the responsibilities of management.
2. Hiring an entire staff, which included kitchen, dishwashers,
servers, runners, bartenders and ticket cashiers.
3. Orientations, completing new hire paperwork, scheduling, setting up

in training.

rate changes, and terminations and completing term slips and
