NAPERVILLE, IL. ASM provides full-service integrated advertising,

marketing, marketing communications, direct marketing and sales support

program services directly to B2B/B2C clientele. I serve as a General

Marketing Counsel, providing expertise in all facets of integrated

marketing and advertising; new product market development; sales support

programs; market research and analytics; creative development &

production; media analysis, procurement and relationship management.

Agency has outsourced relationships with 100+ domestic and global outside

vendors specializing in the areas of production, website development,

media, and in-field market research. Supervise 10 and up to as many as 60

outsourced vendors on client projects.

1995 to 1997 W.R. Meadows, Inc. VP, Marketing

ELGIN, IL. I agreed to a 2-year commitment with this Construction

Chemical Products Company to serve as their VP Marketing after they

agreed to acquire Meck, Riva & Associates, Inc. to function as their

internal marketing group. I worked directly with the VP of Sales, VP,

Product Development, the company's Chairman and CEO to establish

turnaround product marketing platforms for 350 products, including

product packaging, pricing and improved distribution channels to better

service key markets of opportunity and product market positioning.

Directly accountable for all product creative marketing, including

cataloging, sales support programs, branding and digitally communications

including new working website www.wrmeadows.com, that provides instant

access to key product and specification data for Meadows customers,

distributors, architects and designers. Developed a global integrated

marketing communications program that supported the company, its products

and services. Increased brand awareness across all markets of

opportunity by 60%, customer/prospect leads by 45%, sales for existing

products by 40% at the distributor level, and sales to the government

market by 30%. Resulting revenues increased $17,000,000 during this
