PROJECT SCOPE MANAGEMENT
• Initiated the collection of Stakeholder Requirements for an ERP implementation. Created system flow charts
documenting the projected business processes in which the ERP implementation was based.
• Managed and Controlled project scope for projects related to IT infrastructure expansion. Increased WAN
security by installing VPN based on Check Point firewalls, established disaster recovery site and created High
Availability storage and servers.
PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT
• Created and Executed Quality Management Plan in the implementation of multiple corporate databases. Built
prototypes based on stakeholder specifications and iteratively upgraded the applications.
• Created and Executed Quality Management Plan for Sales and Marketing Reports. A standard process was
instituted for the creation of all reports which included writing of specifications, standard report formatting,
technical analysis, a test plan and documented customer acceptance of the test.

• Monitored and Controlled contract payment administration. Identified $180,000 in duplicate billings and an
additional $100,000 in savings from vendor invoices that exceeded the negotiated cap on a T&M contract.
• Audited and closed contracts related to the purchase and installation of iSCI SAN and installation of network
equipment such as servers, firewalls, routers and SPAM filters.
