multimillion, multi-state 26 facility and 3,000 bed organization.

making $700K on average per year, as one example, by spearheading

turnaround efforts in facilities that struggled to make profits.

Units, Behavioral Units, and Bariatric Units.

Program Management and Major Cost Reduction

. Increased Mass Medicaid Rate Reimbursement by 30% for Specialized

Ventilator Dependent Program by working diligently with the executive

health branch in the State of Massachusetts.

. Eliminated need for outside agency in all 26 facilities, saving

millions of dollars annually. One specific example included turning

around a facility, by cutting its average overtime usage from 800

hours to150 hours and eliminating 400 hours per week in pool usage.

. Decreased Workman's Compensation Claims by 28% and reduced overtime by

50%
