Originally, Staging Concepts hired a sub contractor
to perform this job. I was hired by this company
as a trouble-shooting consultant to insure timely
procurement of materials, working closely with
design engineers during fabrication, while
overseeing timely and quality installation. After
review of the job, the sub contractor was
terminated and I commence to self-perform the
installation of 23,000 linear feet of guardrail,
and 4,000 linear feet of glass rail and 2,000
linear feet of drink rail. Completing the project
successfully on time and under budget.

consultant. I worked closely with the sub
contractor to correct installation errors, safety
violation and acting as a liaison with the local
union representative. I supplemented the sub
contractors work, self performing a portion,
