surface mount circuit cards and module assembly areas in a low volume, high mix, &
high touch in an aircraft radar equipment assembly environment. Duties have included
process setup, operator training, defect/cost reductions, & documentation maintenance
(routers/assembly instructions/ECN. Responsible for ordering & installing all
manufacturing capital equipment. Worked with design engineers for design for
manufacturability on new programs. Served as a mentor to new manufacturing engineers.
