Wireless, USWEST Internet, and Dex for billing. Produced contracts and
service level agreements with Affiliate (DEX) to identify response times,
billing accuracy, process to resolve billing disputes between Qwest and
Affiliate, and rate structure charged to provide billing services to
Affiliate. Negotiated Service Level Agreements for the billing process of
Carriers, and US WEST's responsibility. Worked with Legal to understand
our position and State PUC rulings. Produced all contracts and addendums,
in accordance and approval with our Legal Department. Managed production
of DEX on CD ROM, and Internet Access to DEX for customers.

what bill would resemble to meet Carrier needs.
