employees and vendors.

flexible packaging. Sales in 2004 were $3.6 million. I employed twenty-five people.

Wayne Pak was used as a base for a leveraged buyout of Creative Packaging Concepts in January,
2003. After solidifying the purchase, I sold the business to other family members in 2005 in order to
pursue a new career path. Responsibilities were as follows:
• Manage sales and marketing staff focusing on market and product development.
• Supervise scheduling and production of product.
• Implemented TQM quality program.
• Human resource manager.
• Directed a JIT production and purchasing program.
• Supervise and document OSHA and EPA compliance.
• Direct payables and receivables department.
• Develop long term vision for company and products.
