Job Description:

• Perform physical examination of materials and equipment to assure that conform to

approve shop drawings, samples, or submittal data.

• Perform additional testing on soil, concrete reinforcing steel, structure steel, fire proofing,

asphalt, and floor flatness and levelness testing and other construction trades to assure

compliance with contract requirements.

• Coordination, monitoring, and documenting contact drawings and specifications and

where disputes occur, Submitting daily quality control report.

• Perform final inspection and testing and prepare punch list for any corrective action

needed. Also check for necessary approval of new project by all agencies having

jurisdiction within.

• Prepare contractor evaluation and forward to central office for future reviews.
