. Attend process safety reviews as necessary, such as Process

Safety Studies and HAZOPS, and ensure that all agreed

recommendations and changes resulting from such reviews are

incorporated into the design.

. Training manufacturing team for successful implementation of

modified Standard operating procedures for Manufacturing,

Safety, Health and Environment

. Equipment sizing and specifications, development of PFD's and

P&ID's, mechanical installation, initial start up and

demonstration of process validation on plant leading to product

meeting customer satisfaction.

. Management Representative for ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management

Systems

. Conduct management Review Meetings to ensure compliance and

maintenance of quality management system.

. Initiate Corrective and Preventive actions. Temporary

Deviations, Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, Change Control,

Calibration, and Customer Complaint Investigations are

documented and resolved to meet the standards.

. Documentation of PFD's of modified and new Standard Operating

Procedures after validation

. Assist industrial safety inspections and ensure regulatory

compliance by promoting awareness of regulatory and customer

requirements throughout the organization

. Assist with reports using MS Office applications
