Center. We, the IT team, re-engineered our Call Center customer service

applications to adress critical customer system delay response (s). The

former System takes over 20 mins from boot-up to user-ready. The new turn-

key application improves the overall system performance significantly.

Now, the system takes <3 mins. This resulted in over $1M of savings.

. Identified and corrected faulty assumptions in an inherited vendor-

developed system and managed the complete new system re-design.

. Scheduled resources, project plan, testing and developed a follow-

up process to ensure 100% accuracy.

. Financed & managed the entire Call Center (s) Release from

requirements to the customer deliveries to our different customer

funtionality by 3x of the original system capacity. Ensured all

Software Quality in Testing and Development. Reduced the defect backlog
