Demonstrated responsible control of all engineering

operations. Duties

included the review, approval and sealing of all designs

prior to

submission, project procurement and the supervision of a

staff of project

managers, landscape architects, project engineers and

draftsman.

Oversaw multi-million dollar design projects, public and

private from

conception to completion. My direct involvement in the firm's

projects

insured control and direction relative to the client's needs

and the

requirements of federal, state and local authorities.

Developed approved and permitted designs of a wide range of

land

development projects including highway improvements,

residential

subdivisions, apartment complexes, shopping centers, parking

facilities,

capital works projects and design/build projects for the

Department of

the US Navy. Also developed construction specifications and

cost

estimates. Direct client contact and consultation was

required as was

public speaking and giving project presentations at municipal

meetings.

Project Engineer, March 1999 - June 2003

Designed stormwater management, infiltration, drainage,

sewage and

erosion and sedimentation control facilities, designed

utilities and

culverts and developed highway alignments all using accepted

methodologies and using the latest software for the purpose

of plan

approval and permitting. Performed site visits and

construction

inspections.

Project Engineer, November 1997 - March 1999

Designed projects for the public and private

sectors. Reviewed

submitted designs for adequacy and compliance

with the

municipal ordinances of two (2) local

municipalities.

Performed construction inspections within both

municipalities.
