. As an expert with Rovi's software which provides media-on-demand in the
home network, served as the point of contact within product development
for their largest customers by:
o Assisting in diagnosing issues in software source code both on and
off the customer site.
o Validating feature design and bug fix strategies.
. In many cases, the customer would customize Rovi's source
code, and understanding these changes was crucial in helping

Mitigation/Contingency plan used for the testing of the PTT network.
. Assisted Thrupoint with breaking down the scope of Sprint RFPs so that an
accurate price and schedule could be submitted in their corresponding
proposals.
