. As an expert with Rovi's software which provides media-on-demand in the

home network, served as the point of contact within product development

for their largest customers by:

o Assisting in diagnosing issues in software source code both on and

off the customer site.

o Validating feature design and bug fix strategies.

. In many cases, the customer would customize Rovi's source

code, and understanding these changes was crucial in helping

with their development efforts.

. Tested Sprint's Push-To-Talk (PTT) cellular network using SIP-based

simulation agents was a Java J2EE Jboss app with clustering enabled.

Mitigation/Contingency plan used for the testing of the PTT network.

. Assisted Thrupoint with breaking down the scope of Sprint RFPs so that an

accurate price and schedule could be submitted in their corresponding

proposals.
