Staffing Coordinator
Responsible for all aspects of recruitment for
multi-faceted association.
Duties include writing and maintaining position
descriptions, writing ad copy, posting jobs, data
mining, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening
phone interviews plus in-person interviews,
scheduling interviews with hiring managers, setting
up performance assessment tests and synthesizing
results for managers, making job offers, securing
new hire paperwork including in-depth reference
checks, drug screenings, I-9 documentation, tax and
direct deposit forms, writing new hire profiles,
conducting New Employee Orientations including
benefits overview, taking new hire photos and
editing them in Photoshop, writing rejection
letters, updating electronic staff directory and
entering new hires into HRIS (Ceridian).
Other duties include writing internal memos, being
a liaison to staffing agencies for all temp
matters, billing, collating data for EEO report,
creating monthly organizational charts, updating
company Who's Who directory, maintaining
departmental recruiting spreadsheets, creating and
assisting with the creation of internal ATA
recruiting database and completing all data entry
for that system, maintaining referral bonuses,
entering commissions and staff changes into
Ceridian, running reports in Ceridian including
exempt report for ATA PAC, assisting with benefits
inquiries from employees, creating and assisting
with the creation of HR communication pieces,
coordinating new hire meetings with President,
coordinating distribution of employee anniversary
gifts including conceiving the concept for one
year's gift, creating separation documents,
terminating employees in Ceridian, researching and
planning for implementation of E-Verify and other
I-9 updates, assisting with updating of employee
handbook, assisting with the training of company
Receptionist and serving as back-up Receptionist
when needed.
