Founded in 1894 and was a main supplier of lumber and coal to the greater

Chicago land area. Company eventually grew into an $80 million dollar

building material supplier focused mainly on custom home builders as

customers. Has recently developed a production builder side of the business

and has grown that side to $10 million in sales

annually over the last three years. F.E. Wheaton is a major competitor in

the Chicago land area as a supplier and distributor and has led the way in

technology for the industry in the Chicago land area with upgrading

computers and material tracking systems.

Production Field Representative (5/02 - 6/04) Chicago, IL

. Managed $3-4 Million in Sales

. Worked with large production home builders and residential building

Outside Sales Representative (6/01 - 1/02) Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities included the bidding and estimating of material to

builders and contractors. Duties also included maintaining and servicing

existing accounts. I was responsible for developing a potential customer

list of over 400 non-Wickes customers in the Indianapolis area. I also

planned work related events, such as contractor cookouts, vendor plant

tours, and vendor training classes.

Indiana Foundation Company

Is a 20 year company and is a leader in the stabilization and repair of

foundations for homes, apartments and various other structures. Also

specialize in the "Watergaurd" treatment of basements and foundation

perimeters, along with basement wall stabilization and anchoring. This

company is one of two companies privileged to use a patented peering system

to repair and stabilize foundations. Its parent company is located in

Kansas, and is Kansas Basement Repairs.

Peering Crew Co-supervisor (Summers 1998 - 2000)

Responsibilities included installation and setup of foundation/

stabilization piers, Watergaurd, and basement anchors. This required the

understanding of the foundations, structures, soil type and layout of the

structure. Additionally, the installation of this equipment required the

use of various tools such as Jackhammers, hammer drills, hydraulic rams,

hydraulic pumps, back-holes as well as various other equipment and tools.

Other responsibilities included interacting with the homeowner to review

the scope of work to be performed. Each contract of work averaged $10.000

to $30,000 per job. The time frame for one job was generally 1 to 2 weeks.

JTB Contractors

JTB Contractors is a HVAC/ Plumbing company located in Franklin, IN. They

focus on the installation of HVAC systems and Plumbing into new

construction residential structures. This company also offers a full range

and on-call service department as well. JTB is a sister company to LD

Mechanical.

My duties included the installation of plumbing in new construction homes

and apartment structures. I completed all levels of plumbing installations

such as Copper Soldering and the installation of PVC Pipe in multiple
